My friend and I are trying to organize an event for this weekend to call attention to rape culture and street harassment. We plan to print the above designs, cut them into individual signs, and tape them up all over the streets in the cities we will be visiting for the Memorial Day holidays. Still, we want to spread the message beyond us. We would love for anyone to participate by printing off these papers or designing your own signs calling out rape culture/street harassment. Take a picture of the sign where you left it and post it to tumblr with the city or country and the tag #papersagainstrapers. Together, we want to paper as many city streets as possible to help make those same streets safer for women.
